Sid Singh – Chief Operating Officer

Sid Singh is the COO of Sustainable Water and brings 20 years of finance and development experience with a specific focus on sustainable infrastructure for the last 10 years.  Select recent projects include clean energy power plants for public and private hosts, distributed energy management systems for commercial customers, and a dedicated finance facility for a series of hydroponic greenhouse farms.

As a developer, Sid has lead teams to design, build, own, and operate sustainable infrastructure facilities characterized by the use of existing proven technologies, high quality technology and construction partners, and contractual, long-term off-take contracts.  He has raised over $100M in capital from a range of sources, from private and public grants to private and non-profit lenders to private equity.  As a sustainability sector and clean energy investor, Sid has originated and structured investments in energy, waste, and water infrastructure.

Previously, Sid was an investment banker for 10 years, providing M&A advisory and capital raising services, initially to companies in the Technology sector while at Morgan Stanley, and subsequently to companies in the Industrial and Energy sectors while at Jefferies Group.  During this period Sid raised over $4B in capital across over 30 transactions.

Sid earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Columbia University.
