In early October, Sustainable Water will be begin the fall conference tour at the EcoDistricts Summit in Atlanta, Georgia. This year, Sustainable Water will host a tour for the attendees at the WaterHub at Emory University. The tour will take focus on and take place in the WaterHub. The tour will highlight the innovative ecological technologies that make the WaterHub a unique wastewater treatment system perfectly adapted to today’s thriving urban environment. The tour will demonstrate how the WaterHub, the first decentralized ecological water reclamation system in the U.S., is changing the way universities think about sustainability. Attendees will receive an in-depth tour of the facility while understanding the collaboration between the anchor institution and the surrounding community, regarding sustainable water and wastewater management.
