Sustainable Water Selected as Conference Scholarship Sponsor for Smart & Sustainable

This year Sustainable Water was honored to be selected as the scholarship sponsor for the Smart and Sustainable Campus Conference. Ten students, from a host of different universities were sponsored and granted full admission to the conference, which enabled them to engage in presentations and workshops with other students and industry professionals. Scholarships were crafted to students from Georgetown University, American University, Purdue University, the University of Tulsa, and the University of California San Diego.

In addition to being the scholarship sponsor, Sustainable Water’s Director of Sales, Bob Salvatelli, gave a well-received presentation with Johns Hopkins University’s Program Manager, Ashley Pennington. The joint presentation outlined the methodology Johns Hopkins followed to identify a campus-scale reclamation strategy that will reduce reliance on potable water, decrease annual water costs, and improve the University’s environmental footprint.
